today was the 1st day of our attachment at rosette.
it was quiet.VERY quiet. so quiet that everyone was so bored and had nothing to do.

thanks to aunty ji eun and hkb for our 6 days of successful EC at our garde mange station.such team work was hard to come by..we rox! =x


wendy,noel,matsu,hkb,wei bin,ronnie,chun kai and i din wana go home so early,so we went over to cineleisure to celebrate.it was already midnight but cine's still so packed as usual!

went to 新旺香港咖啡厅 to slack and chat.

ordered this and shared wif noel.

slacked there till around 1am+ and some had to leave.and i,wendy and noel were the only survivors who still didnt wanna go home.din have a place to go and we jus simply walked down the whole orchard road.ended up at parklane and we were hungry.
it was 3am and every where was closed.
bought cup noodles at 7-11 and settled down at a quiet corner.
chatted till dawn and we took the 1st bus home.
went back to sleep,woke up and found that i'm down wif flu and sore throat.
MUST BE WENDY!

today was the best day of the ec i ever had.

okay,i'm here to blog after having my supper.

its the 4th day of our ec.so far we had already beaten grp 1 by earning $13k+ in 4 days. =P

something happened that made me super 不爽 hendrix more.
that fuker TOTALLY RUINED our EC TODAY.
for the past 3 days,all the comment cards received frm the guest regarding the appetizers had been graded excellent.but 2day?I've seen ppl not even touching the soba noodles.simply because its too dry!

frm monday-wednesday we had been preparing our appetizers Ala-minute.which kept the scallops and mussels hot and fresh;the noodles moist.

but for 2day,that fktard forced zhao ming to prepare the scallops,mussels so freaking early before hand,and ji eun to blanch the noodles and keep.he tried to ask me to mix the fruit salsa earlier too.but i'm not SO dumb to follow.
i've got my own working style and its PERFECTLY alright.

and so,the speed of releasing the appetizers today were SUPER fast.but as for quality,it suck big time.
7pm came and ms chua arrived.she tried the appetizer and commented that the appetizers were alright.i explained everything to her but she still insisted that it was nice.

THIS MADE ME FELT SO BAD!i would rather get myself more busier and serve customers good food rather than slacking in the kitchen and serve them food that are not even edible.it's just so wrong lahs.zz

if i wanted to slack so much,i had already signed up to become a security guard and not a chef.I WANT my life to be 多姿多彩!

AND I'M NOT GONNA LET THAT IDIOT SCREW UP ANYTHING FOR THE LAST 2 DAYS OF OUR EC.
NEVER!!!

its day 3 and we'r all are still miraculously surviving.

i'm becoming so much a hater now.

there's this dumb indian feller frm class A.he kept on staring at me while i was doing my stuffs.i ignored him and he walked away looking "sian-ed"
off he went to find his 2nd victim to disturb,this time was the pastry guy.
that guy couldnt stand him.harsh words were exchanged,fight nearly broke out.blah blah blah blah i could go on forever. zzz

i was incharge of garde mange together wif ji eun and zhao ming..okay i was cutting all the fruits into dices for the fruit salsa;not forgetting bout blanching the soba noodles too!

woke up at 8+ this morning,had a very bad craving for swensen's chocolate sundae.
bathed and changed and poof!off i went to the parkway parade's swenson's branch.talk bout some cravings eh?哈哈!

9.30 and swenson's not open yet! ): mom called and asked where i went,cus she cant find me in my room! =x
told me that my bro was meeting my cousins for lunch at parkway and asked me to joined them.

after lunch,went to my granma place to take care of her.something really shocking took place.
MY MAID TOOK A KITCHEN KNIFE TO THREATEN MY GRANDMA!
i witness the whole incident.my granma was nagging at her,she cant take it,shout back at her and pointed the knife at her.
i saw everything,shouted to her and rush to the kitchen.
police were called up and the maid was sent back to the agency.good riddance!

the "high councils" holding a meeting after sending the insane maid back.


after that,i watched mtv the whole day!there's this new show on mtv asia..called MTV 巴哈姆特電玩瘋 .its really nice!esp the show hosts are all cosplaying the latest online game characters!好可爱哦！！！

到了晚上,my cousin came and visited my granma..and 顺便 send mi and my 弟 back home with his new modded DC5 Type R.IT WENT 5.5k RPM AND ACTIVATED HIS VTEC!OH MY GOD!and thats my ghostly 弟 =p
