26th april,sat.

after work,i went to @club's opening.
quite a small place compared to the current pc bunk.
maybe around half the size? O.o
i love the decor ard there thou.
more lifely compared to bunk. ^^

after that,wandered around and pop-ed down to bugis's underground lanshop.
still had ard 2 hrs to fam dinner,so went to audi awhile. (:

i swore that was the 1st time i ever stepped my feet onto raffles place's stop.

so many highrise buildings in the cbd area,making me lost even more -_-'

some sharks' fin soup with fishmaw and mushrooms and shreaded ginger.
so messy 口感 inside my mouth.
the sharks' fin and fish maw was soft and mashy,the mushroom was okok,the ginger was quite solid.
wierd ingredients used.. but the taste was not bad ^^



then,my fav came!
PEKING DUCK.
no doubt i was doing this thing for 1 whole week already.
but STILL LOVESSSSSSSSSSSSSSS.
the waitress cut and prepare it on the spot yea.

anw,went for my btt after work today.

they gave us 50mins for 50 questions.

everyone did soup for 1st course.
tough competition man.
so,i had to be that 'hero'.
outstanding abit mah~~~~~
i went to do appetizer.
did a fruity prawn cocktail ^_^v

whipped my own mayo,did my own cocktail dressing,own balsamic dressing.
the outside chefs who came to judge were impressed.
YES!
i've done it.
v v v v gd job.
scored the highest for 1st course.
raja's soup came in 2nd.
it was really well done too.
consistency and taste.

then..main course time.
didn't have time to take pics.
was rushing like hell.
haha!
i tio salmon.
so went to marinate it with my herb marination which i learnt frm john. a jr of mine ^^
den pan fried it.
did a cheese whipped potato as starch.
and..grilled mushroom with roma tomato skewer,
topped with bell pepper coulis as sauce.
overall came out not bad lah.
but the judges think that my salmon skin LOOKED RAW.
cus it wasn't crispy.
but the salmon doneness was just nice.

his lamb rack was well rested.

bet he's gonna top this comprehensive retake le.
